Keeping youself updated is essential with the current climate of continuing change within the organisational structure of the specialty as well as aspects of EM training/exams.

This involves keeping up to date contact details on the college website such that you may continue to receive email updates. To do this :

(login, then admin>change my details), and that your 'Position' is listed as SHO, SpR, non-numbered Registrar or Academic Registrar)

EMTA will disseminate information

  • By posting relevant new items in the News section of the  EMTA  Web Page
  • Emailing individuals who supply their email addresses to the EMTA secretary all relevant articles, minutes of meetings etc.
  • Via the EMJ supplement on a monthly basis (This will be written by one of the members of the EMTA committee)
